Is it possible to use future rent payments to qualify for mortgage?

My boyfriend and I are thinking about getting a house. His credit score is bad but mine is good, so I want to try borrowing on my income/credit alone. Since he will be living in the house with me, and paying “rent”, can I use his future rent payments to get a bigger mortgage? If so, will I have to claim his “rent” payments to me as income for tax purposes? I thought about doing a stated income loan for this, but I don’t have the income yet and I don’t want to get into anything shady.

I have been in a serious relationship with my 22 year old boyfriend for almost 3 years. Everything was wonderful for the first year or so and then we began to fight constantly. At first, I blamed myself. He made it seem like I was immature and in the wrong. I have spent the last two years trying to please him and now I barely recognize myself. I am fearful of him because I never know when he might snap at me. Usually, I end up apologizing for everything. Fights are redirected at me and he is able to turn things around on me in a second. He has called me names like immature, selfish, pathetic, c*nt, *****, etc. The *** has stopped almost completely because he says he knows every inch of my body and it’s “boring.” He is always looking at **** which makes me feel inferior. I wouldn’t have a problem with this if our *** life was actually normal. No matter what I do to spice things up, he turns me away. I fear that one day he will become physically abusive. He makes me feel like I should be lucky to be with him and is constantly putting me down. Now, I am not a stupid girl and I feel that it is completely unacceptable to be treated this way. I am far too young to be in a relationship with so many issues and I fear that it has drastically affected my self-esteem. However, he is so manipulative that he can be the sweetest person in the world when he wants to be. How do I leave this relationship with my dignity in tact and make him aware that HE is the one with the problem? Any time I try to leave I lose my confidence and end up apologizing because of the way he argues and turns things around on me. I have told him I don’t deserve to be treated this poorly and he refuses to acknowledge that he has done anything wrong or go to therapy. In addition, we also own condominiums next door to one another and I am unable to move. Where do I go from here?

Can I slow the rate at which brine shrimp consume their yolk sac by lowering temperature?

The were hatched at 82 degrees F as fry food. Considering they are most nutritious only in the first day or so after hatching because they still have their yolk sac, can I make them last longer by changing temperature now?

what was the funniest thing an adult family member did when you were a young kid?

my aunt. lol. she was not a small woman, nor a large one, but a bit bigger than small or medium for that matter. she was my favorite aunt. back in must have been before 78, because my uncle was still healthy (died in 79 after a loooong illness) my aunt finally relented and took one slide down the hill on the toboggan. my aunt and uncle lived on a road in the middle of nowhere that would make the road that jeb clampet lived on look like broadway. anyway, we all went tobogganing on the big hill on her road. she was wearing a jacket and her sun dress that she always wore. i have never seen her in anything other than a dress for any occasion. she sat in the front of the toboggan with her 4 large adult kids behind her. oh 1200lbs on the toboggan. long long hill. dropped oh 150′ over 1/4-1/3 mile. fast hill. dress up over aunts head fast hill. lol. under britches and everything completely out in the open for everyone to see. lol. all of that equals on slightly cold upset aunt. lol. and a whole load of family in tears from laughing so hard. i dont know why but she never went tobogganing again and then moved to florida in 79.

Where are the highest paid CNAs working?

I’m currently in a program to become a Certified Nursing Assistant and I was wondering where I could get a job that would pay the highest salary. Prefer to work in Southeastern Michigan if at all possible. What I basically want to know is what are the rates for different types of workplaces and where are the best paying employers around the Troy-Auburn Hills area?
