Anyone with cross country experience that could help me plan a workout routine with these details:?

I’m 15 years old, (5′10″, 120 pounds…if that helps). My mile time is usually 6 min or less. And I’ve been running 3 miles around the track every other day. I’m new to cross country so I don’t know what I should be doing everyday to start off. Here are some questions I have:
1. How many miles should I run each day? (different amounts?)
2. Where should I run if there aren’t any hills or mountains or anything? (just streets and a park)
3. How fast should I be running? (minutes/mile)
4. Are there any other things I can do do improve my time? (biking, swimming, other exercise, etc). If so, how much?
I’d really appreciate it if you could give some specifics for all of these things. Please answer only if you give me an answer that has produced results from you or others. Thank you.

Also if you feel comfortable giving your e-mail to me, that might help me out too.
One more question: Should I run every day or every other day?

What a good way to learn auto mechanics without having to go to a technical school?

Where can I find the preview for the upcoming One Tree Hill episode on Wed, March 28th?? I’m not sure what number it is, but it’s the episode after the prom one where psyco Derek comes back. I checked youtube but couldn’t find it, and my computer doesn’t update the CW website for some reason. I don’t know why. So where else can I find it?

What are the things that are going to help me become a Physician Assistant?

Okay when school starts back I’ll be in the 9th grade and my career goal is to become a physician assistant. I need to know what are the courses I need to take in high school to help prepare myself for this career? I already put down Spanish 1 and Spanish 2 on my career planner at school, but I need to know what type of math,science,english,history, or electives I need to take. Also I put down Allied Helath 1 and 2 on my career planner as an elective. I’m also choosing between Duke University and Univesity at Chapel Hill as the colleges I want to go to but I need to know which University should I go to? Which one is cheaper on expense but also is a very good university to go to for my career as a physician assistant? And if you can please give me some information or a website that I could go to in order to apply for scholarships now that would be great also. Last but not least how much does a physician assistant make if they work in a clinic? Like a family clinic? Also is it possible for a physician assistant to just work 8 hours and not be on call. Because I want to have a life at home with my family besides being at work 24/7. Thanks and God Bless!!!!!!!!

When my fience’ and myself look for homes or appartments. We receive alot of problems. We have had people interested in renting to us. When we meet in person they give us looks. They come up with more things that they need from us, than tell us they will call us and never do.

Applying to become a police officer?

Hey I live in Toronto, Canada, I am 21 years old and I am applying to my local police department next month

I am physically fit, eat well, dont drink or smoke, just graduated university with a BA in Radio and Television Arts and a minor in English Studies from Ryerson University.

I have also been doing private security for a year (events, parties, condominiums, patrolling private property, etc

I am worried though because 5 years ago I tried marijauna twice, this was back in high school.

During the interview process should I let them know about this or should I just say I have NEVER done any drugs (that is all I have done)

I am worried that if I tell them they wont hire me but I dont want to lie to a future employer

I am looking for EXPERT ADVICE, and please if I need to lie TELL ME become a police officer is very important to me, please dont just say “BE HONEST” because if that wont get me the job then it is not good for me
